To go for a long holiday!!!

"Who is the girl beside Rebecca???" was what I was wondering as I got out of City Hall MRT station.

Rebecca and I planned to go for the Health Screening planned by Marina Mandarin together today. Met at the MRT at 10.30am. She was there chatting with Adeline, who happen to pass by then.

When we were heading to the hotel, passed by Coffee and Toast. We were not suppose to but we decided to have breakfast 1st before going for the screening.

Test Results:

BMI: 21.3 (Normal range)
Height: 1.68m
Weight: 60.3kg (The maximum I can go is 64.6kg!!!)
Waist hip ratio: 0.79 (Female <>
Body Fat Analysis: 33.1% (Female <>
Blood Pressure: 105 / 67 (Normal)
Urinalysis: Nil for Glucose and Protein, pH 6
Random blood total cholesterol and blood glucose: 170 and 108 respectively (Normal)

Overall: Healthy. Just have to watch the amount of fats I have...

To make things worse, I ate Long John's Silver for dinner with Rebecca!!!
